Q: Can I change the layout or colors after my Simplet Site is complete?
A: No. In order for us to keep the cost as low as possible for a Simple Site, the layout and colors cannot be changed.
Q: Can I add more pages to the Simple Site? Is there charge for it?
A: Yes, of course you can. There is a small $50.00 charge per any additional pages. Up to 3 additional pages max.
Q: I already have a domain name, can I use that?
A: Of course. Please subtract our domain costs for the next year.
Q: Can I use my current Hosting company?
A: No, sorry. In order for us to be able to offer the Simple Site at such a low cost we will need to host the site for you. If you have already paid for hosting with another company, there is no need to worry. Remember the Hosting is FREE for the first year!
Q: How fast can we get my web site up and running?
A: Usually in about 7-10 business days but you will need to provide us with all the text, pictures and logo before we get started. With any projects, we need to work together as a team.
Q: Do I have to pay again next year for my Simple Site design?
A: Never. The web site and design is yours forever. The only charges after the first year will be your domain name and hosting fees.
Q: Can I add more features to my Simple Site?
A: The Simple Site is for pages with text and photos only. If you would like to add features like a Calendar, Photo Gallery, Blog and Content Management you can order a Custom Web Design.
